Once we nail down your ideas and you have your plans drawn up, we’ll develop your budget. We will consider everything we’ve discussed and come up with a price for your dream home. With Hagerstown Builders you can rest assured that the proposal pricing we present is as accurate as possible.

Once we present you your purchase agreement, including detailed specifications, it’s your chance to take it all to your lender so you can get your loan approved. There are multiple financing options available, which we will discuss together or we can recommend a lender for you.

Now the real work and the fun begin! It’s where all your efforts culminate into the process of building a dream home… your dream home. You can be involved in the building process, or you can give us the green light to get all the details implemented for you as soon as possible.
